異常層次結構

異常處理基於異常層次結構發生，由異常類的繼承結構決定。

例如，IOError 和 OSError 都是 EnvironmentError 的子類。捕獲 IOError 的程式碼不會捕獲 OSError。然而，捕獲 EnvironmentError 的程式碼將捕獲 IOErrors 和 OSErrors。
