安裝進度
從 Progress 下載你的發行版。如果你需要演示許可證，則需要與他們聯絡。確保下載 64 位而不是 32 位 tar 檔案（除非你碰巧執行 32 位計算機）。
Windows
下載將是一個 zip 存檔。將其解壓縮並執行 setup.exe。安裝將是圖形化的，但與下面描述的完全相同。
Linux / Unix / HP-UX 等
將 tar 檔案放在 Progress 系統上。假設你在主目錄中有它：
/home/user/PROGRESSFILENAME.tar
提取它：
cd /home/user
tar xvf PROGRESSFILENAME.tar
它將建立一個名為的目錄
proinst
將目錄更改為另一個目標並在那裡建立一個臨時目錄。例如：
