订阅 Gatt 服务器的通知

当特征值已更改时，你可以请求从 Gatt 服务器收到通知：

gatt.setCharacteristicNotification(characteristic, true);
BluetoothGattDescriptor descriptor = characteristic.getDescriptor(
    UUID.fromString("00002902-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb");
descriptor.setValue(BluetoothGattDescriptor.ENABLE_NOTIFICATION_VALUE);
mBluetoothGatt.writeDescriptor(descriptor);

来自服务器的所有通知都将通过 BluetoothGattCallback 的 onCharacteristicChanged 方法接收：

        super.onCharacteristicChanged(gatt, characteristic);
